What happens to your chats
Plain answers, because this is your account and your fans. Nothing here is used to message anyone.
Free reads
We count your 2 free reads with a salted hash of your IP and browser plus a timestamp. Your pasted chat and screenshots are not stored in our database.
Pasted chats and screenshots
The text you paste is sent to the AI model to be read and is not saved afterwards. Screenshots are sent for the analysis and never kept.
Your account
When you sign in we store your name and email from your NanoCorp sign-in, a count per chat read (the verdict and language — never the chat text), the 2 or 3 sample messages you paste for My tone, and the Fan cards you save.
Fan memory
Fan cards hold what you write in them: a name, notes, what they bought, what they respond to. You can edit or delete each card in the app at any time.
Deletion
“Delete all my data” in Account removes your Fan cards, My tone, read history and profile from our app immediately. Your NanoCorp sign-in identity stays with NanoCorp.
Never used against you
Your data is never sold, never used for ads, and never used to message fans. TPT Chat Assistant never messages anyone — you press send.
